Delete your FixHalt account

For customers and garage owners of the FixHalt app. You can delete your account inside the app, or ask us to do it by email — no app needed.

Go to Profile and scroll down to the bottom.

We verify the request, then delete the account within 7 days.

What gets deleted
Both routes remove the same data.
Your login and profile — name, phone number and email address.
Customers — your vehicles, bookings and notifications.
Garage owners — your personal details and login. If your garage has booking history, the garage listing is archived and stripped of personal data so customers keep their service records.
Any active bookings are cancelled, and the other side is notified.
Deletion is permanent. Once it is done we cannot bring the account back, and you will need to create a new one to use FixHalt again.

1. Introduction

FixHalt a product of Archover Solutions respects your right to control your personal information.

This Data Deletion Policy explains how users can request deletion of their account and personal data collected through the FixHalt application.

2. Requesting Account Deletion

Users can request deletion of their FixHalt account through:

Email Request

Users may send a deletion request to:

Email: support@fixhalt.com

The request should include:

  • Registered mobile number or email address.
  • Account holder name.
  • Reason for deletion (optional).
3. Verification Before Deletion

To protect user accounts, FixHalt may verify the identity of the requester before processing a deletion request.

Verification may include confirmation through:

  • Registered mobile number.
  • Registered email address.
  • Other account verification methods.
4. Data Deleted

After successful verification, FixHalt may delete or anonymize:

  • Name.
  • Phone number.
  • Email address.
  • Account profile information.
  • Saved preferences.
  • Booking history associated with the account (where legally permitted).
5. Data That May Be Retained

Some information may be retained where required for:

  • Legal compliance.
  • Tax or financial record requirements.
  • Fraud prevention.
  • Security purposes.
  • Resolving disputes.
  • Enforcing agreements.

Such retained information will only be stored for the required period and will not be used for unnecessary purposes.

6. Effect of Account Deletion

After deletion:

  • Your account access may be removed.
  • You may no longer access previous booking information.
  • You may need to create a new account to use FixHalt again.

Deletion requests cannot be reversed after completion.

7. Third-Party Data

FixHalt may use third-party service providers for hosting, authentication, communication, and other platform operations.

Where applicable, FixHalt will take reasonable steps to request deletion of personal information stored by service providers, subject to their own legal obligations and policies.

8. Processing Time

FixHalt aims to process valid deletion requests within 7 days after successful verification.

Users will be notified once the deletion process is completed.
